City Children Choir
  City children choir (CCC) to Chitalishte “Nikola Vaptsarov - 1866” – Blagoevgrad was established October 2003 by its conductor Prof. Dr. Hristo Krotev, with active support of Blagoevgrad community – Chitalishte, Municipality Blagoevgrad and schools. Now over 70 children from almost all Blagoevgrad schools participate into it.
For its relatively short existence City children choir has been participated in over 50 concerts in Bulgaria and abroad. Choir performed with good success in Blagoevgrad, Sofia and Plovdiv. In Plovdiv choir took part into the First National Festival for Children and School Choirs. 
May 2006 choir toured for the first time abroad in SERBIA. Special film dedicated to this tour was made and broadcasted by Bulgarian National TV.
June 2007 City Children Choir took very successfully part in 20th International Choral Festival in Vranov, SLOVAKIA. 
June 2008 little singers from Blagoevgrad participated in 11th Alta Pusteria International Choir Festival, South Tirol, ITALY.
The greatest success Choir achieved during Second International “Anton Bruckner” choir competition held in European Cultural capital 2009 – Linz, AUSTRIA. The choir won Bronze diploma in heaviest category of the contest “Children Choirs”.
In 2010 Choir took part in 2nd International Music Festival in Bratislava. SLOVAKIA.
In June-July 2012 CCC took very successfully part in 2nd International Music Festival held in Rome, ITALY. 
Repertoire includes more than 50 choral songs – medieval, 20-century music, Bulgarian Music.
The choir piano accompanist is Dr. Nikolina Kroteva.
Creative and concert activity of City children's choir continued successfully in 2014. for all its formations. In May the choir visited a concert in the city. Delchevo Republic of Macedonia. On 6 and 7 June 2014 was held successfully concert tour of the island of Corfu, Greece. Calendar 2014. City children's choir finished with two Christmas concerts in the auditorium of AUB: a joint concert with the Children's Choir of the town. Acharavi, Corfu, Greece / and a large concert with all its formations
